Any such decision is based on the requested message, content, or expression—not on the identity or protected characteristics of the customer requesting the service. We do not refuse service to a customer because of the customer's beliefs, identity, or association with a particular group. This policy is intended to protect the freedom of expression, religious beliefs and conscience of the business and its owners while respecting the equal dignity and lawful rights of all customers.
Warranty Disclaimer
This site and the materials and products on this site are provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, The Orange Ampersand disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Typographical Errors
All clients are responsible for proofreading their art for accuracy before sending it to The Orange Ampersand for printing. If The Orange Ampersand is designing the art for a client, the client is responsible for proofreading and confirming all names, dates, information is accurate during the proof approval process. The Orange Ampersand is not liable for typographical errors or similar that make it to print and is not liable to replace the product. In the event that a The Orange Ampersand product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Orange Ampersand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. The Orange Ampersand reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Orange Ampersand shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. All clients are responsible for proofreading their own art before supplying it to The Orange Ampersand for printing or during the design proof approval process. The Orange Ampersand is not liable for typographical errors or similar that make it to print and is not liable to replace the product for free.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by The Orange Ampersand without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

The Orange Ampersand may deliver notice to you by means of e-mail, a general notice on the site, or by other reliable method to the address you have provided to The Orange Ampersand.
